Something from my moleskine.

I once had a dream that I was watched over by a guardian angel. I dreamt of this angel
Many times and in each dream the angel would guide me through or around myriad dangers that presented themselves to me in my life.
Only, as time wore on 

I began to realize that the angel was dulling the sharp experiences of my existence. Muting the range of my being and diminishing my potential to grow stronger through the trials of my life.
In confronting the angel about this I found to my surprise that it was not an angel at all...
